AEGIS overviewIn development

One platform for agents that do real work.

The infrastructure for the next generation of autonomous AI. AEGIS is the agentic AI platform FLEXVOTIX is building, to help teams build and operate intelligent multi-agent systems with orchestration, runtime infrastructure, contextual memory, model intelligence, execution observability and enterprise governance in one unified platform.

The core idea

Authority follows the plan.

Most tools handle part of this question. AEGIS is designed to make the plan, the authority and the record one connected thing.

Objective

What a person or application asked for, with stated limits.

Plan

A versioned graph of steps, validated before it runs.

Mandate

The authority granted to a step. A child can only be narrower than its parent.

Decision

Allow, require approval or deny, made outside the model.

Approval

A person's decision, bound to the digest of the exact action.

Record

The ordered event log behind state, trace, audit and replay.

Technical architecture

Execution in the middle. Control around it.

Each layer has a stated job and a stated failure behavior.
Architecture target

Orchestration Engine

Keeps plans as data, resolves dependencies, schedules steps and derives each child Mandate.

When it fails
If a step fails, its retry class and failure policy decide what happens next.

Example workflow

From a request to evidence, in six moves.

This is the flow the platform is being designed around. The demo shows a scripted version.

  1. Define

Publish a versioned agent with a model route, tools and requested authority.

  2. Submit

An application sends an objective with a root Mandate.

  3. Plan

The Orchestrator compiles and validates a plan, then derives child Mandates.

  4. Run

Workers execute steps durably. Every model and tool call passes through the gateway.

  5. Decide

Guard allows, denies or requests approval. Waits hold no compute.

  6. Prove

Inspect the record, replay the run, and turn it into a regression test.

Technical explanation

Why these are one platform.

A shared record

Every state transition is an event written in the same transaction as the state. Trace and audit are views of it, so they cannot disagree with what ran.

A single path out

All model and tool calls leave through the gateway. Guard sits in that path, which is why policy can be enforced without trusting the agent.

Neutral interfaces

Model providers, safety checks and exporters sit behind stable interfaces, so the core does not depend on any one vendor.

Plans as data

A plan is a stored graph rather than code in a process. It can be validated in advance, resumed after a crash and compared between versions.

What ships when

An honest scope.

Nothing below is available yet. Phases describe the order of work, not dates.
PhaseScope
Phase 1: Foundation MVPAgent registry, basic multi-agent orchestration, model provider adapters, tool gateway, Mandates, policy, approvals, execution history, basic tracing.
Phase 2: Developer platformVisual Studio, SDKs, API documentation, MCP, memory, agent testing, evaluations.
Phase 3: Production infrastructureAdvanced orchestration, customer-hosted runner, model routing, advanced observability, validated NVIDIA ecosystem adapters.
Phase 4: Enterprise scale (research)Private deployment, enterprise identity, multi-region, advanced governance.

Roadmap and acceptance criteria

See the platform's ideas run.

The demo is scripted and synthetic, and it will take about two minutes.
